JOELENE is a 3 year old black and rust former dobermann puppy breeding machine who was an unclaimed stray. She’s a lovely girl, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm positive and is currently undergoing the slow treatment protocol. She’s not fond of cats or small dogs.
